Knud came down to SA yesterday in order to caddie for me. He does that as often as his own tournament schedule allows it. That was really all that I needed to move up the scoreboard and secure the 6th place at the SuperSport Ladies Challenge! 68 shots, 2 eagles, 3 birdies, one bogey, one double bogey and the rest par turned out to be the lowest round of the day.
Knud & I had a lot of fun, and despite a few terrible shots I would like to forget, I scrambled well. 76, 74, 68 (+2) was my final score for the tournament. I am very happy with my game over the last few days, and the fact that my back is back to normal is obviously a great relief.
The next event begins the 28th of April, and will be played at Soweto CC, 30 minutes outside Joburg. Stay tuned 🙂
