It was an amazing experience to play the Evian Major course this week. With a weaker finish the last day with a 79 (+8) on Saturday, I dropped down many spots on the leaderboard. My good shots were not close enough to the pin to make the birdies and my misses were a bit to big to scramble for par.
In other words, it was not my day. Regardless, my day will come, and soon I think. In golf it is not enough to be good one day, you have to do well all three days, which is both awesome and terrible at the same time, haha 🙂
Next event will begin in only a few days. I will post more in a day or two! Thank you again to everyone supporting and cheering on me 🙂 The final scores were 74, 69, 79, a total of 222 shots (+9), tied for 46th place.
Jabra Ladies Open: Two rounds are already played on the beautiful major course Evian Golf Club. Both round one and two were two good days for ball striking. Round one 74 (+3) and round two 69 (-2), and I am in T12th before the last round Saturday.
The score on day two showed the stability that I have felt over the last few rounds, finally 🙂 There are still many putts and opportunities for birdie that I left out on the course, but I am loving how solid both my driver and irons are starting to feel.
I am very excited to play the last round tomorrow. The course is beautiful but very tough with undulated greens and fairways. So the last day will be no easy walk in the park, but another day of fighting. I love it!
